We do not have a uniform policy, But in brazilian jiu jitsu you need to have a Gi (kimono) if it is your first session and you do not have one.. just turn up in shorts & t shirt ready to train. We will take care of the rest.
Lastly! Bjj is a close combat grappling art and requires some really high level personal hygiene..Short nails, fingers and toes and clean body. If you have any questions about this.. as always, fire away.
