We do not have a uniform policy, But in brazilian jiu jitsu you need to have a Gi (kimono) if it is your first session and you do not have one.. just turn up in shorts & t shirt ready to train. We will take care of the rest.
Lastly! Bjj is a close combat grappling art and requires some really high level personal hygiene..Short nails, fingers and toes and clean body. If you have any questions about this.. as always, fire away.
We can promise we have world class instruction on our mats, please feel free to come and try it out. Your First Class is FREE!
