Our Services
Gi - bjj
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) in the Gi (traditional kimono) allows practitioners to grip the collar, sleeves, and pants, creating more opportunities for sweeps, submissions, and positional control.
Demands precision and patience, as grips slow the pace and deepen strategic complexity.
Training in the Gi develops strong fundamentals and grip strength.
It’s a disciplined, methodical art rooted in tradition and technical mastery.
Nogi - jiu jitsu
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) No-Gi is practiced without the traditional kimono, typically wearing rash guards and leggings and/or shorts.
No-Gi sharpens reflexes and adaptability, encouraging quick thinking and explosive technique execution.
It features faster, more dynamic movement replacing the grips on fabric to grips on wrist, heels and head.
No-Gi heavily relies on body control, pushes speed, athleticism, and transitions.
It closely resembles wrestling and submission grappling, making it popular in mixed martial arts (MMA).
